Human Resources Manager
We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to develop compensation and benefits packages, maintaining employee records, and recruiting new employees. To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the recruiting process and labor regulations.

Required Qualifications
The Human Resource Manager must possess:

- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of three years of human resource management experience is preferred.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Adding new employee information in all HR databases.
- Ensure all employee records are maintained, according to state mandates and updated with new hire information or changes in employee status.
- Process of documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Complete termination paperwork.
- Assist with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Handling complaints and grievance procedures
- Assist initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Recruit and coordinate interviewing, references, and documentation for staff hiring.
- Work with employees to answer benefits questions and assist in processing life events and open enrollment elections.
- Conduct new hire orientation and benefits orientation to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures.
- Coordinate exit process for departing employees.
- Coach management and teams to promote and facilitate career growth and development.
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update the database Other related duties that may become necessary/appropriate to assure that the facility follows current laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning the operation of our facility.
- Any duties as requested by Supervisor.

Salary/ Wage Range
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.

- Weekend availability
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience:
